AT series pneumatic actuators are designed with a double-piston rack and pinion rotating structure. They are divided into double-acting and single-acting (spring return). They are suitable for outdoor or indoor environments that are not corrosive or corrosive.

With the continuous development of intelligent pneumatic actuators, intelligent valve positioners have become an indispensable accessory product. The intelligent valve positioner is equipped with a highly integrated microcontroller, which uses the principle of electric balance (digital balance) instead of the traditional force balance principle, and converts electric control commands into pneumatic positioning increments to realize valve position control; use digital open and stop , Off signal to drive the action of the pneumatic actuator; the valve position feedback signal directly passes through the high-precision position sensor to realize the electric/pneumatic conversion function. Structural characteristics of AT pneumatic actuator

1) The extruded aluminum alloy cylinder body has been hard-oxidized, with hard surface texture and strong wear resistance.

2). Compact dual-piston gear and rack-and-pinion structure, precise meshing, smooth transmission, symmetrical installation position, and constant output torque.

3) F4 guide rings are installed on the movable parts of the piston, rack and output shaft to achieve low friction, long life, and avoid metal-to-metal contact.

4) The cylinder block, end cover, output shaft, spring, fasteners, etc. are all treated with anti-corrosion.

5) The spring of the single pneumatic actuator is preloaded and installed, which can be safely and conveniently disassembled and assembled.

6) AT32 pneumatic actuator can be adjusted in both directions of 0 degree and 90 degree plus or minus 5 degrees in both fully open and fully closed positions.

7). The installation and connection dimensions conform to ISO5211, DIN3337, VD1/VDE3845 and namur standards to ensure interchangeability between AT32 pneumatic actuators and facilitate the installation of solenoid valves, limit switches and other accessories.
